At Bees cring services

we aim to provide a service that will give back to the local community providing quality care in people’s homes. We aim to make sure that service users are looked after like family members and feel completely cared for by a service that puts the individual needs of who we deal with first in our minds. We aim to ensure the safety of all of our service users. We will be seeking constant feedback from the service users and other stakeholders in the business to ensure and maintain the quality of our service by making available to them surveys and complaints/ suggestions forms to allow us to always improve. We will, in providing our service, always aim to maintain the respect, dignity and privacy of the service user, and respect their right to choice and freedom at all times, never putting our wants and needs above theirs.
